This free advanced training will be held on August 26, 2021, via the Zoom video conferencing platform for Safety Officers with COSH and/or BOSH training from small-scale companies. It is designed to instill the importance of accident investigation and familiarize safety officers with the steps in performing it.
Pre-requisite to the training is completion of the 40-hour Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) Training and Construction Safety and Health (COSH) Training. Interested parties will be screened through this registration link:

Those who will be accepted in the training must have a laptop or desktop with an internal/external webcam and microphone installed with Spreadsheet and presentation viewing/editing programs such as MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Numbers, Keynote, and others and a stable internet connection with a speed of at least 1Mbps. Access through mobile devices like phones or tablets will not be allowed.
